Hectic Holidays Support Group

We’re approaching the end of the year (what?!) and this is the time I start getting flooded with questions revolving around the holidays. Do you believe in New Year's Resolutions? I haven’t accomplished my 2022 goals, help! How do I stay on track with wellness when I have so much to do this season? My pants don’t fit anymore, now what? … Sound familiar? 

So that’s why I’m excited to share that I’ve created a tangible tool to support you through the end of 2022. My Hectic Holidays Support Group will carry us through the end of the year, together. We’ll virtually connect with each other live in real time once a week, share how we’re really feeling, learn some behavior change techniques that truly stick, and have some fun doing it.

Here’s the breakdown:  We’ll meet as a group via Zoom on the following Mondays at 7pm est / 4pm pst for an hour and cover all things mindset, menu, movement, and community to set you up for success through the holidays:

11/28: Post-Thanksgiving Reset

12/5: Prioritize You

12/12: Live a Hell Yes Life

12/19: Navigate Family Time

1/2: Be Your Best You


I’ll begin each live session with a moment to truly ground down and get present. We’ll then each have an opportunity to share as a group how we’re really feeling. I’ll dive into a timely theme of the week and share helpful mindset tips, menu hacks, movement inspiration and more all within the connection of community. We’ll wrap up with light feel good stretches and affirmative intention setting for the week ahead. 

Following each live session you’ll receive an email with tangible takeaways we discussed as well as my favorite holiday recipes, guided meditations, and yoga classes all by yours truly.
